Aura residences combines Athenian way of life with its outside space on large balconies, large density and connection to the landscape, with international aesthetics into a horizontal skyscraper.
28 apartments are arranged in a composition broken up as a “cubist”painting where each apartment and its whole look different according to the perspective of the viewer.
The large building block is in this way reduced in scale, and becomes a dynamic object in which each apartment can be recognized individually and the building as an element in the city provides alternative views according to the position of the viewer.
In addition to this, the apartments are not limited to their internal space, but are provided with a generous external space, including private gardens on the ground floor and green roof terraces for the top floors, each planted as part of an overall landscape design that covers the whole building.
In contrast to the facade. the apartments are efficiently designed to leave maximum space for main areas which have large windows towards their external spaces which for an extension of the interior. The cubist shapes of these external spaces contribute to the privacy of each unit.
