The two houses of this building, interlinked as twins use a free-flowing geometry to form the core concept of the design composition, combined with the functional organization of the floor plans.

The overall architectural expression of the building seeks to distinguish the two independent residences while maintaining a cohesive identity. This visual distinction is achieved through the fluid design of the façade balconies. Although the balconies vary in width and depth, they share a common design language and scale, creating a unified yet vibrant architectural composition.

A key design feature of the façades is the incorporation of planted elements within the balconies, introducing a sense of green micro-landscape to each residence. The same philosophy of small-scale greenery extends to the surrounding ground-floor outdoor spaces. The building envelope, as well as the recessed interior surfaces of the balconies, is finished in plaster rendered in warm shades of grey.

Για ένα κτίριο με δυο δίδυμες κατοικίες αποτελεί η ελεύθερη γεωμετρία της κατασκευής σε συνδυασμό με την λειτουργικότητα των κατόψεων, τις βασικές παραμέτρους της σύνθεσης.

Στη συνολική εικόνα του κτιρίου που στοχεύει να ξεχωρίσει τις δυο ανεξάρτητες ιδιοκτησίες, ο οπτικός διαχωρισμός επιτεύχθηκε με τον ελεύθερο σχεδιασμό των εξωστών των όψεων. Οι εξώστες, που διαφέρουν σε πλάτος και βάθος αλλά έχουν όλοι την ίδια σχεδιαστική κλίμακα και δομή, δημιουργούν ένα ενιαίο άλλα και ζωντανό σύνολο.

Βασική σχεδιαστική απόφαση στις όψεις είναι η ένταξη πράσινων στοιχείων στους εξώστες που δημιουργούν μια μικροκλίμακα στις ιδιοκτησίες. Ίδια φιλοσοφία πράσινης μικροκλίμακας χρησιμοποιήθηκε και στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο των ισογείων. Το κέλυφος του κτιρίου και τα εσωτερικά αναπτύγματα των εξωστών είναι επιχρισμένο σε ζεστούς τόνους του γκρι.
