vintage house
Not just a house, but a shell for the owners impressive collection of vintage artifacts, such as the British red telephone booth, a jukebox and a slot machine.
The original 1970 single house with an interesting layout taking use of the slope of the plot, but structurally in a bad state, was reduced to its carcass, reinforced and exposed as an industrial background to house the vintage artifacts and furniture.
The entrance of the house is on the top floor with the living areas, the raised kitchen and a few steps up, the bedrooms. The living areas lead to the balcony with the view over the olive trees and downstairs the house opens up towards the garden and contains the hobby room that reveals a parking place for the vintage car from the collection.
